Milk

Classy yet cosy Irish-owned bar

The Irish-owned diminutive Milk bar in Barcelona’s Barri Gotic has been a congregation point for the city’s resident international set, and hipper tourists, for a number of years now, and it’s easy to see why.

Everything is done with a touch of class, from the retro-chic wallpaper of 1950s designer Florence Broadhurst, to a tantalising cocktail menu of classics and originals that gets the taste buds purring – try the Whiskey Savage, Bling Bling or Boozy Rouge Beri if you don’t believe us!

Milk’s kitchen also rustles a range of appetising dishes, available with a fine selection of wines, as well as a killer brunch. Check out the menus on their website.

When looking for the best BRUNCH in Barcelona look no further than Milk. I have been to barca numerous times on business and always make my way here. Sit back, enjoy the unique ambience and a cup of barrys tea while surveying the wonderful menu that owner Rebecca has put together. From a little something with berrys to the full irish with a twist. They serve amazing cocktails and do a full dinner menu (also mouthwaterinig and very inexpensive) The music, quirky pictures on the wall and staff (expecially Rebecca) who bursts out in song every so often.. this is a must for everyone visiting this great city. You never know who you will meet here as it is visited by the odd celeb.. who too make their way here to soak up what this little bar has to offer. Thank you to the rest of the staff for being so friendly and helpfull each time I visit. Keep up the good work guys. Your're doing a great job.
