Since touching down in the increasingly hip left side of Eixample, Cinderella Cafe & Cocktails has quickly become a meeting point for english-speaking expats, tourists and locals. With its inverted basket lampshades above the bar, uncluttered walls and slender furniture, the space succeeds in being both casual yet elegant, which – together with the attention to customer service – makes Cinderella a welcoming hang out.

The kitchen’s Stateside cuisine is created using fresh produce, time-honoured family recipes, and imported ingredients to ensure every dish has an authentic American flavour, rooted in the vibrant culinary traditions of New York, DC, and LA, and with highlights of southwestern spice, midwestern heart, and southern soul. Whether you opt for a Rodeo Drive Filet, Maryland Crab Cake Platter or classic Southern Fried Chicken and Cornbread you can expect a genuine taste from the United States.

As well as dinner, Cinderella serves up a hearty brunch, which includes Flatiron Steak & Eggs, Williamsburg Vegan Salad, and All American with Pancakes and Bacon on the menu, along with many other midday breakfasts. Spend an extra €15, on top of your meal, and you get bottomless mimosas and sangria to really get the day off to a great start.

Speaking of drinks, Cinderella’s cocktail menu contains all the classic concoctions (Manhattan, Sidecar, Whiskey Sour etc) and you don’t have to come for dinner to pop by for a libation… Friday nights are particularly popular with regular live DJ sets from 10pm.
