To enter Dos Torres is to discover a gastronomic oasis far removed from the madness of downtown Barcelona. Located in an early 20th century villa, in the serene Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district, Dos Torres is just 15 mins by public transport from the city centre (less by taxi), and yet offers an authentic experience far apart from mass tourism and crowds of the Old Town.

Its two outdoor spaces, a leafy terrace and chill out patio, welcome visitors and offer a delightful place to dine under the stars (even in winter, as they have outdoor heating); while the villa’s reformed interiors offer five more exclusive spaces to enjoy their high end gastronomy. Three distinct halls, a garden pavilion and a library room were all designed by the prestigious interior designer Estella Salietti.

When it comes to food, seasonal produce reigns on the Dos Torres menu that draws inspiration from across Mediterranean cuisine. With a weekly menu, a la carte, and suggestions of the day, the kitchen at Dos Torres revisits tradition, with the head chef often adding their own nuances and innovations.

Among the restaurant’s signature dishes are red mullet with cuttlefish and saffron black spaghetti, honeyed monkfish rice with Iberian bacon, beef tenderloin medallions with parmentier chips, or beef cheek with ceps ravioli. Their speciality tapas meanwhile include ham and porcini croquettes, crispy squid with citrus mayonnaise, tempura cod strips with romesco sauce and Cantabrian anchovies with chilli peppers and pink pepper.
