GAIA
Bold and beautiful space for creative dining
Touching down on Carrer Tuset, one of Barcelona’s most fashionable streets and nightlife hubs, GAIA is a riot of bright pink façades, graffiti art and pop culture references.
But it’s not just the decor that makes an unforgettable impression. The menu of Mediterranean fusion food has been lovingly compiled, and is full of creative twists on typical local dishes.
To start with smoke burratas, mango salads, and ricotta gnocchi with brie, mushrooms and lemon thyme get the mouth watering. Next, among the main courses, diners can opt for farm dishes like roasted coquelet de bresse, lamb terrine, or the house cheese burger; or turn their eyes seawards with dishes like tuna belly tartar or sea bass and smoked salmon roti with over potato fondue. A delightful choice of ‘Small Follies’ rounds off the menu, with sweets including mascarpone and Nutella tiramisu, Ocumare chocolate and Baileys souffle, and upside down cappuccino.
GAIA’s bold and beautiful interior boasts two floors, while the restaurant also enjoys an expansive street terrace, allowing guests to dine al fresco, and soak up the atmosphere on the lively Carrer Tuset.
Beloved by Barcelona’s creative media set, GAIA is the perfect place to share food, wine and cocktails, before plunging into the night.
